Every OBNE pedal is covered by our lifetime repair guarantee, whether you bought it new or used, directly from us or through a dealer. No registration. No original receipt. No expiration date.
If your pedal stops working through normal use, we’ll repair it at no charge for parts or labor. That includes switches, jacks, and controls that wear out from making music. If you are looking for replacement knobs, they are available for purchase on our website.
We support discontinued pedals as long as we still have the parts. If a covered problem can’t be repaired, we’ll work with you to provide a solution. An exact model or finish may not always be available for replacement.
You cover shipping to us; we’ll cover return shipping to you.
