this frankenstein toronado arrived recently needing a neck spruce up of some kind. fun color combo and seeing the glorious work on @deepspacedevices toronado build has me rethinking if an aluminum neck@is the way to go.

yes, we are in oklahoma city. yes, some of us are zealots for Thunder basketball. yes, Isaac has the Scoop.

finally found a demo board case solution that keeps everything safe and snug and doesn’t break. so far at least. the Air 1646 @pelican case is the perfect size and not too heavy. discovering a lot of new foam storage ideas. what should i have done differently on this setup?

red, white and blue as the setback colors was an accidental choice, but here we are.

parting midi synced with a microkorg. soundscapes are endless through parting.

picking through some of my favorite sounds of Setback. starting with a simple microkorg melody and the subtle reverse artifacts from staccato notes. then two pitched up reversed palm muted guitar melodies. three textures on top of each other, all musical, all different, all reversed.
@courtneybarnett is so rad. @lazycircles got to go see her in dallas last night, said hey and dropped off a setback and beam splitter.
the new Setback Reverse doesn’t have a slider on the Clock control. but it works with our Expression devices. so you can add a slider to whatever control you want. even the Clock.
Basic Parting has the same chaotic jumpiness on the inside, but a peaceful, calm and somewhat dishonest presentation on the outside. this pedal is hypocritical.
