Whitecap Asynchronous Dual Tremolo
Whitecap is a dual asynchronous tremolo, combining a simple three-knob analog tremolo and more complex digital tremolo in one box. The two tremolos can be routed in parallel or in series, or isolated one at a time. Whitecap creates quick chops, slow ramps, asynchronous modulations, smooth sines, phase flipped undulations, and textural rhythmic drifts.
Controls include:
Rate, Depth, and Volume for the analog tremolo
Rate, Depth, Volume, Tap Tempo, and five selectable waveforms for the digital tremolo
Ramping to speed up or slow down the digital tremolo by holding down Tap Tempo switch
A series/parallel toggle to run analog into digital or both side by side
External tap tempo jack
Soft-touch bypass footswitch for true bypass and minimal switch noise
For more information, see the Whitecap manual available here.
Requires 9V DC center negative 2.1mm jack power supply capable of 110mA (not included)
The art of Whitecap is by Jeffrey Alan Love
